Ultrega throughout just done over 1k miles on it and now its started making noising in pretty much every cog.
Ive redone cable tension and H L screws from scratch and still no luck, ive also adjusted the 3rd screw.

The noise comes from the hanger/jockey wheels.

Attached a video.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Cannot see the video (privat)
Noise is problably the chain needing lubrication.

Can you hear the noise whilst riding or just on the stand ?

Could the top jockey wheel be hitting the cassette cogs ?

    Other things to check

    Cassette lockring is tight
Wheel is seated in the dropouts properly
    Skewers are tight
    Stiff chain links
    Damaged chain links
    Something lodged between the cogs
Something lodged between the jockey wheels
    Something lodged in the derailleur/spring
    Jockey wheel bolts are tight
    Derailleur hanger is tight
    Derailleur hanger is not bent
    Derailleur is tight
    Cable is tight
    Cable is clamped correctly
    Cable ferrules are seated properly
    Damaged/frayed cable
Play in the cassette, may need a spacer behind it

AS far as I hear it, the rear derailleur shifting needs adjusting.
Watch the derailleur from behind, shift to the 4th or 5th cog and look if it's straight under the cog it was shifted to.
If it's not , adjust with the cable adjuster on the derailleur.
Completely normal on a new bike that the cables "settle' and need re-adjusting .

Doesn't sound particularly loud. RD alignment looks bang on when in the biggest cog, just double check it's still aligned well when half way down the cogs too.

If I had to pick at anything at all it would be that the chain appears to be borderline too long when in the small/small combo as RD is practically flat with little or no tension. I could be wrong and that wouldn't really cause the noise anyway.

Would check the limit screw to ensure a cm gap from RD pulley to cogs and if that's good then check chainline is OK and you've definitely got enough lube on.
