shimano rs 81 c24 wheels braking problems

Ive just started using my new shimano rs81 c24 wheels, and when i brake the front brake keeps grabbing on the wheel, although none of my rs10 cheaper wheels have ever done this before, guess ill have to return them, anyonelse had this problem?
