Colnago CLX 2.0 TT-Setup

Hi all,
I'd like to get some advice for a TT-setup for my colnago clx. I do it because I don't have a TT-bike. Till now I always just added clip-on bars. But this is not ideal. Because I don't change anything else.
I'm thinking of buying a seatpost with tt-saddle. Also lowering the handlebars and adding the clip-on bars. I can use a disc wheel, and front 60mm wheel, which is also an improvement. I can't do major changes also because the races I do are always first a TT and the day after or 2 days after max. I have the road race with the same bike. Can anyone help me with a good seatpost/saddle? + any other tips? The seatpost for the clx is not standard it's aero design.
Also another question, with my setup now, I'm already at maximum measurements with my saddle tip. Can I better this with a shorter saddle? other seatpost? Because I always shuffle to the front of my saddle at the TT's. Thanks!
