TOMTOM Multisport GPS Watch - Electric Shock?

Not sure if this belongs here or elsewhere but I have been using a TOMTOM Multisport GPS watch from boxing day onwards and over the last couple of days I am pretty sure I have been getting some kind of shock from the watch when it is wet.
Last night I did some interval running and had to take the watch off at the end as I could feel my arm getting some kind of shock but it wasn't the first time.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? From what I understand the TOMTOM Customer Services are awful but I've not gone that route yet so will judge for myself when I get round to it!
Thanks,
Scott

Seems unlikely, in a device like that I wouldn't expect high enough voltage to give you a shock (low power devices use very low voltage, typically 1.5 or 3v). More likely to be either something related to circulation or static.0

Nope, the watch was on a bare wrist!
Maybe I should keep an eye on it then but it seemed to come from the watch as it was only my left arm. Could have been on too tight,Cannondale Super Six Evo

Pinching hairs on your arms?
Really can't imagine that the Tom Tom is giving you a shock that you would feel.0 -
