Fork rake question and Centaur 10 speed cassette

My brother is looking to reduce slightly the fork rake on his carbon frame - it appears to be the normal 43mm rake. Of course, the handling would be different but, at present, I am unable to find any forks slightly less in rake and wonder if anyone can help.
Also, does anyone know where I can now get a Campag Centaur 10 speed cassette which is 12-23, as this appears not to be a current choice.

    Veloce and Centaur are the same thing

    Centaur and Veloce aren't the same - Veloce cassettes have a more chrome finish and go rustier quicker, whereas Centaur have a satin finish and I think they last longer. It is easy to pick up a Veloce cassette for about 35 pounds but the Centaur ones are up to twice as much. They also come in different boxes.
