Up early off to Dalby

Not sure if it will be the best thing or the worse thing I've done. But up and off to Dalby today with the little one. Second time so really looking forward to it. But it's Bank Holiday Monday. I'm bracing myself. Wish me luck.

    I like Dalby, the red trail goes on forever and the uphill doesn't seem as noticeable as other places. Maybe the uphill is more spread out throughout the course?

    Im still recovering. Oh my god. Hadn't been out since November because of a hernia operation. 4 hours in the glorious sunshine, but my arse is aching and I can hardly walk. It was amazing. Did the bike park too. Jumping is not somethiung a 44 year old should do.
