Got caught with a puncture this afternoon, and of the three individual cyclists that went by while I was swapping the tube two stopped and asked if I needed any help or equipment.
I was self sufficient but it warms the heart that they thought to ask.
I don't expect them to see this, but if you were cycling through Hale/Hale Barns today and stopped to help the guy in the Team Pie jersey.....thank you!

I usually ask, unless I see the person is clearly in getting-on-with-it mode.0

I usually ask but keep rolling just incase they happen to say 'yes please'...

If I'm not under time pressure then I tend to ask if people need help if they look like they need it- most recently being today when off the front of a club ride at the top of a hill. Luckily I've not had to stop for several years0

Always ask but hope for the persons sake they don't say yes, as I'm feck all help bar carrying the tools!0
