Hi all!
I have decided to setup a blog and start writing about all the experiences I've had in the past few years as well as all the things i am going through now. I will be sharing everything from my times in the wheelchair to all the time I've spent behind handlebars. I will be sharing about my recovering physical and mental health as well as reviewing the bikes, parts and fitness equipment I've used over the years.
I hope there will be something to interest everyone!
Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated!

I will explain the picture of the shoes entirely in the future, but it is one of the only pictures i have that has me and my crutches in it. Due to what i have been through i actively avoided having pictures taken of me in my wheelchair or with crutches, put simply i hated it.

I haven't removed any pictures, the gallery on the page is a rolling instagram gallery so pictures get pushed off the blog after a while :P
