^Some old friends from the former Eastern block?
Toots today. Went for a long spring walk in a forest to try and wear them out and get thing 2 to sleep tonight.
MOTD later.

Good lie in till gone 9 so the day started well. So far I've managed to avoid any major jobs and have had a very healthy caffeine intake so far.
MOTD later as you say...feels like ages since the PL was last on."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Nice 110 miler today, pretty windy and colder than I was hoping when I set off but nice all the same.
Oddly, now we have established gravity is a con i was expecting the hills to have little affect on my speed, but if anything they felt worsewww.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -
Well since fat is less dense than muscle you need to put on weight to be able to float up the hill0
