SRAM Rival HRD 2x11 to 1x11
So, I am considering getting the 2015 CAADX Rival with HRD, because after a few test rides I am a big fan of the hydraulic brakes, but I can't afford the force CX1 or the SuperX (The cost of replacement, too).
I've heard that it is possible to remove the paddle, etc from the left hand side brifter, wondered if anyone here had done it and how hard it was. There are guides for the non hydraulic versions, but haven't found anything for the hydraulic versions, but I assume it's more or less the same. It's obviously just an aesthetic thing, in that I don't really want a redundant shifter behind the brake lever.
