Anyone bought 3M Helitape off eBay??

Hi - Anyone had any experience of buying 3M's Helitape off eBay?

Obviously it's a lot cheaper which makes me suspicious that the tape advertised is just fake and not fit for purpose. So has anyone bought it and what was your experience? Keen to assess whether I'm better off biting the bullet and getting the real stuff off the genuine website, albeit paying about 4 times the price for the privilege!

I bought a 2m length of 3M 50mm tape - it arrived and was indeed 3M tape (or a bloody good copy of it). Looks like the real thing, smells like the real thing, applies like the real thing. So I'm happy.

Usual eBlag caveats apply - look for a seller really in the UK, unremittingly positive feedback etc.

Try Paragon tapes - also on ebay but I use the site.
