Did You hear about http://www.efneo.com/gearbox/
Seems pretty neat solution against Alfine for city.
Right now I have Alfine 8 but I`m not really using all shifts so I`m thinking about changing to that.
Any other systems like that ?

It will be a bad idea with an Alfine I think, the reason I say that is that the Alfine has quite a wide gear range as it's designed to be used on it's own - which is why you are already not using all the gears, so add the efneo and you end up with probably only 2 extra discrete gears (ignoring all the overlapping duplicates) and even more you won't use!
The efneo is a good solution to my mind for a town commuter with rear dérailleur where its more convenient to match the rear ratios to optimise the total ratio's with the front while keeping the front clean and uncluttered, a friend has booked one to go on his ebike where the structure of the bike makes a front dérailleur impossible.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Schlumpf have been producing something similar for around 20 years.

It's pretty good inthat you can use it with a belt drive as well.Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
