Hi All
Heading off to Mallorca next week with the family, will manage a bit of cycling too.
Looking for advice regarding routes suitable for my son, probably maximum of 30 miles and not involving too much climbing as he's new to the sport.
Any help much appreciated.
regards
Jas

Just heading out in to the mountains from PP now, but will throw this one in. If you get your map out, heading south down the bay you will see a string of back lanes heading off and taking you to Pollenca golf club on the Palma road. Turn left and head down the main road ( wide cycle lane ) for about 1.5 miles and take the right turn down the beautiful country lane to Campanet. You could then return the same way or head to Buger, Sa Pobla, Alcudia old town and back up the bay.0

If you take a look at Google Maps you should be able to follow this.
Head towards Alcudia on the coast road. 1/2 way across Pollenca bay right onto Ma 2202. The onto Cami de Can Canveret. The head to CROSS the Ma2200 onto the Ma 2203 to Cala Sant Vincenc. Follow the road down to the sea and then to the East bay Cala Mollins and stop for a coffee. You can either return to Pollensa the short distance down the Ma2200 or back through the lanes.0 -

This is a nice route described above by Solis.
Keep in mind that there are a bunch of lanes behind the beach road between Alcudia and Port Pollenca which offer a myriad of choices and are pretty flat.
I have been with friends children on the route linked below which goes around Pollenca Bay - 30km with 500m of climbing - there are a couple of small climbs, but the views and sense of achievement are massive https://www.tramuntanacycling.com/en/cl ... -surrounds
