First bike is completely different, different colour by the mech hanger, different wheelset, the cranks as you mentioned etc.

I sent him a message, asking about the spec, if he had the receipt etc. his reply was Google it and he thinks it's now sold.

Does sound dodgy, just asked him why the photos show 2 different bikes, he's replied saying it's the 2014 model and was rushing putting the photos on. Doesn't explain 2 different bikes though.

The first picture was a 2014 model that was on an Australian forum, the rest were a 2012 model that was for sale on singletrack world. Reported it as fraudulent.
