Yeaa... It´s realy fast and agile. Nice feeling to ride!
But i think, a bit to heavy. I am planing to get some 1350gr wheels, need to instal tubeless, handlebars are 740mm, i need to cut it to 700mm. Maybe another seat, this one is 220gr, and i dont like it :P
However its a little bit more work to do.0 -
I think you need to start with some appropriate pedals0

Heheh i know those are pic from first day when i bought it. Now i am using CrankBrothers Eggbeater 3.0

But what is good bike without a good Legs ? Nothing right?
Last year on my old bike i hit about 3.5 K˙s. Not too much becouse of shitty Sommer.
Over the winter i hit 1.5K˙s interval trenings on my Rollertrainer.
And ofc I also hit the gym twice a weak, doing upper body, back and legs realy hard.
Well this is result:
My body fatt is 7.2% atm. trying to get it under 6%.
HF.0 -
Today apsolute mud.
But nice. Last week was bad ass storm and every 100m is tree on floor!
So i was more by Pushing my bike then riding.
I am selling my old bike. Then i would like to buy new wheels and instal tubeless. I hope my bike is then under 10kg.0 -
New tire on the back
Continental X-King 2.2
Its a bit thinner then Schwalbe Thunder Burt, but is way much more grip on mud.
Tomorrow i am planing do some BIG ride in Fussen. (I am working in Germany atm)
Some 80-90 km and over 1500 m elevation
I am so excited.0 -
Little info from rides this week
Cheers!0 -
Bike looks good. They're erm... Some legs.0

  has bikeradar merged with Men's health??

Those legs are crazyConstantly trying to upgrade my parts. It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.0 -
Did you have to resurrect the thread for that?!
Have you got the wheels yet OP? What did you go for at 1350g, that's tickling 'ultra light' for 29er clinchers!0 -
This thread needs a warning. Especially with those veins.0

Hey
Amazing bicycle. I am looking to buy that one too and since I am doing my research now, I am wondering if it would be possible to install a drop post with inner cable routed inside seat tube along to bb and then along brake hose up to handle bar ? Do you think that would be possible ? I know some cube frames have "stealth ready" technology, any chance you could help me find that out ?? Thanks!0 -
Hi PiranhaXc
Awesome bike. Great to read your thoughts on it!
How's it still going?
I am thinking of buying this bike in the 21" version that you have. A lbr has one left in this size on sale. But I can't get there any time soon.
What is your height and inside leg?
My height is 181 cm and 85cm inside leg. So with the inside leg measurement on cube website I suit a 19.5 inch frame.
Do you think if I shortened the stem to 60-80mm I could make it fit?
Just want to find out how it fits you with your height and legs.
Cheer mate,
Tim0
