Looking for some 25mm tyres for RVV next week.
Usually use GP4000s but not sure im too keen on paying £40 a tyre.

I've never used them, but understand they're pretty speedy.0 -
Yep. Michelin Pro4 in a number of flavours. SC if you want slightly racier, Endurance if you want puncture-proof riding with seemingly little or no loss of rolling speed and grip.Trail fun - Transition Bandit
Road - Wilier Izoard Centaur/Cube Agree C62 Disc
Allround - Cotic Solaris0 -
Pro Race 4 25's available at Wiggle http://www.wiggle.co.uk/michelin-pro4-service-course-folding-road-tyre/ £26.99 but you'll probably find them cheaper.'Hello to Jason Isaacs'0

I got my 25mm Pro 4 SC tyres from Wiggle a couple of weeks ago for about £50 the pair. On the bike now but yet to try them out...0

I got some GP4000s 2 in 25mm from ACycles. Not many other places seemed to have them in stock. Came to £60.55 for two including postage and two inner tubes. Delivered pretty quickly too.0

another +1 for ACYCLES here. Michelin Pro4 Endurance 25mm ordered. £20 each, just waiting on delivery. Pretty quick though from what I hear.0

Wish i would of posted this last week as im not sure the Conti's will arrive from Germany by Thursday.
So im going to give the Pro4 a go. Am i right in saying ACYCLES is French website ?

Open Pave CG's would be my choice.Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0

Schwalbe Durano folding 25mm with free inner tube decorated with last years TdF ETAPE and Yorkshire Rose for £19.99 on Ebay. I've bought a couple.0

I initially ordered 25mm GP 4000's from Rose but after a 9 week wait gave up, cancelled the order and tried to find some reasonably priced ones anywhere else. Certainly wasn't prepared to pay £40+ each. In the end couldn't find any so ordered the Vittoria Open Corsa in 25mm instead - a revelation ! Uber smooth ride, really lovely. Not sure they offer the same level of puncture protection though.0

Michelin Pro 4 Service course are £27 at wiggle, may finder cheaper elsewhere. Done 2.5k on these over Winter, raced on them too and only had 1 slow puncture in that time. That's on glass and pothole riddled London roads.
