Paint restoration

So I've just picked up a Zullo (boutique Italian steel frame). Pretty paint job, but needs some restoration. No rust, but chips and scratches. Where would you take it?

I'd send it to Argos cycles in Bristol if it's worth being properly resprayed. Minor repairs though are not really their forte.

I paid what I hope is a fair price to a friend who bought it new a few years ago. It's a full build with 2011-ish Veloce; I'm going to slowly tart it up a bit, and have to replace some parts to make it fit. The idea is to stay with a classic look, though, so eventually I imagine I'll put it on silver Athena. I'm building some Nemesis on Record hubs (32x3 DT Competition) for it to use with Challenge Stradas. I'll put a pic up later when I've had a chance to wash it properly.
