Paint flaking off my Trek Carbon Frame

It's about 11 years old now. Usual places near the back stem. How do I get a touch up paint or even get a paint match? Thaks in advance for any help.

    Go to local model shop/motor paint factor. Match frame to swatch/can. Worst comes to the worst, motor factor will match it for you.

    Buy 50p tin of touch up.
