Elite Qubo turbo trainers

After a few years of use and abuse my Elite Hydramag Elastogel turbo has died. It's no longer covered under warranty and spare parts prices make it uneconomical to fix.
I need a turbo for training and would like to order a new one ASAP.
Does anyone have experience of the Qubo Hydramag (with resistance lever)? I really like the Elite fluid turbo's and would prefer to stick with those.
Seems a lot of turbo's are now 'smart' but I get enough data from my Garmin and PM so I just need a smooth, quiet trainer with some resistance settings.
