Is the giant talon 27.5 3 worth over the 4?

Hi I'm considering a new mtb hard tail.
Planning to do little bit of trail and mostly commuting and pavements
Well so here in Singapore the 4 cost $600 SGD and the 3 $800
Difference I could see was
27 speed over 24 alivio over Acera
FSa dynadrive crank over SR suntour crank
Xcm suntour over xct suntour
Is this difference worth $200?
Design I am looking into talon 3 black red, talon 4 red, talon 4 blue. The yellow 3 looked cheap
