Teeth on mine are are just worn down to small spikes on the cx bike (maybe it was all the mud) so thinking new ones needed.
Will any do i.e £1.50 ones from ebay or worth spending more?
Reading up on them it seems maybe g- pulley one with lateral play needed for smoother shifting for the top one?
Also bushing v bearings any difference?
Maybe bearings are worse in cx/mud as the will get wrecked but better for a road bike?
Was thiking either the cheapo bling cnc ebay jobs from hong kong:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RABID-Mountai ... 2c8d78d027
Or theese tacx ones:

Which I assume have the g-pulley top wheel?

Enlarge the image and you can see which jockey wheel goes where.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0 -
It is easy to remember which wheel goes where if you just look at the rear mech and then think about what each wheel is doing: tension wheel at the bottom, guide at the top.0

I can recommend the Tacx ones.0
