I can't blame wiggle!

Just want to spread some good news! I bought a jersey from wiggle in January, last week the cuff started to come unstitched so I began the returns process but couldn't print off a label till the weekend so carried on using the jersey. Then I had an accident and went down on my shoulder, jersey written off with a big scrape and a hole. E-mailed wiggle on the off chance they might be sympathetic. Yesterday, brand new jersey hits the mat, haribo's n'all! Happy Saturday!

I'm surprised and would have told you to bugger off after questioning why you were still wearing an item you have started the return policy on.0

If you hadn't started the claims procedure you wouldn't have had the accident. So you should blame Wiggle.0

I wish I could say the same!
Wiggle were piss poor with a defective pair of dhb Vaeon Roubaix Pro bib tights recently.
They developed a hole in the thigh area after only using on about 10 rides (no signs of wear, just a hole) they offered me a new pair for half price? Why the hell would I want another pair that fall apart/break that quickly and have to pay £40 for the privilege again?
All I got was a 'sorry', and an email that effectively said 'tough luck'. Certainly won't shop with them anymore!

I had a similar bad experience with some Vaeon pro tights earlier in the winter. On the very first ride after 15 miles a wear patch began to appear where the zip fastener on the waistline of my jersey sits (I was using a brand new DHB windslam Jersey), when I contacted Wiggle asking if it was a known issue they told me to swing as the marks were wear and tear!
The tights haven't holed wear the patch is, although it does look like a Lycra "ball fro" if my jersey rides up...0 -
When Wiggle move to Wolverhampton, are we going to get a bag of Pork Scratchings instead of Haribo's?0
