Has been a pretty good day on the good day scale.
Excellent customer service replacing a faulty jacket
started off with my SCR weight loss weigh in back to pre injury weight
i'm WFH today
first physio session on the mangled arm and looking good for almost full movement
clouds parted just before the eclipse so we got a spectacular view of the show
then the sun stayed out all afternoon
then i managed to secure a place on this years Rapha HONVI - again!
then i won the Castelli Cafe #cafelove comp. - again!
I found 95 euros on one of my wallets
it's Friday
the wife is out all evening
tomorrow i'm cycling ALL DAY - planning routes tonight
Milan-san Remo on Sunday - moist with anticipation
oh and did i mention i'm WFH 8)
So i've treated myself to a case of my fav local ale 8)

Friday is normally a WFH day for me (we have a No Meetings on Friday policy) - except that I was in the office in meetings from 8am until 5pm. I was feeling a bit fragile - was at a specialist beer bar last night celebrating and I was drinking a beer that the pretty waitress suggested. Lesson: always ask the % alcohol of a beer that you're drinking all evening
It's been a hell of a week so I'm taking tomorrow off the bike and riding on Sunday instead (foolishly wondering if I'll do my first proper century of the year). Next week is Rapha store opening and morning ride. Saturday instead will be feet up in front of the rugby.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -

Wowsas, what mileage are you reckoning to be covering??
Which way do you tend to go from your neck of the woods - not towards Swindon I would guess.......Felt F70 05 (Turbo)
Marin Palisades Trail 91 and 06
Scott CR1 SL 12
Cannondale Synapse Adventure 15 & 16 Di2
Scott Foil 180 -
Dunno just heading out and see where we end up, the idea is time on the bike not distance.Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
