Emergency wheel replacement

Hi,
My Roubaix winter bike's Roval fusee wheels have given up on me after 9 years of use, the brake tracks are pretty much worn through and the rear free hub has bonded itself to the cassette as well as slipping.
SO, i need a new cheap set of wheels to get me through the rest of winter and crappy days in spring/summer.
Looking at:
Shimano RS21: £96 at Rose bikes if paying in euros
Mavic Aksium: £116 '' ''
Fulcrum racing 7's: £116 at wiggle
I bought a set of Fulcrum racing 5's last year and sent 2 pairs back. Not sure if i was unlucky or whether i should stay clear of Fulcrum?

This type of thread (cheap set of wheels for winter) keeps popping up on a weekly basis and it would be wonderful if someone actually bothered to resurrect the previous one instead of opening a new one.
Keeping the number of threads to a minimum helps in that the forum becomes useful rather than disposable. Now lockedleft the forum March 20230
