Sorry, same old same old, bike buying advice question.

I have read the sticky post about which bike to buy for the £300 to £500 price range but wondered if I could ask for some more advice here.

I've read myself into a state of confusion since there are so many choices available.

Here are some bikes I'm considering:

Kona Splice 29er

B'TWIN Rockrider 500

B'TWIN Rockrider 520

Cube Aim 26 Hardtail Bike 2014

Calibre Two.Two

I wondered if anyone had any advice about which of these is the "best" bike? I realise that a lot will be down to persona preference, but I find it hard to know if one is better than the other, or if they're all much of a muchness etc?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

The Kona is well specced, thhe discount makes it a good buy, the Cube has a shockingly bad fork that has no place in a mountain bike.
The calibre is solidly specced, not sure what Fork is on the RR but it looks like it's probably a Manitou and more than good enough.

My choice of those would be the Kona.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
