160mm to 180mm rear disk PM adaptor

Hi Folks, Slighlty confused please help.. Im looking at changing my Elixer 5's to Shimano SLX brakes, also changing the disks to Ice Tech rotors on my 2014 Whyte T-129S, I'd like to go from a 160mm rear to a 180mm rear disk, its a 74mm post mount caliper so I need the new caliper to sit 10mm higher & assume by using an adaptor?
Anybody done this already can you please advise on whats needed, ive had a look and can only find adaptors for PM to international standard frames?

Front post mount adapters work on the rear too.

You need a SM-MA-F180P/P2 adapter.

Attach it the frame the same way it attaches to a fork.
