Nothing difficult to ride. Just block out the height, keep relaxed and its fine.
Me and my mates used to quite often rock climb un-roped. People who don't understand it think we have some sort of death wish but like with this ride, you just do it well within your abilities and stay relaxed. The adrenaline rush starts after you are finished and think about what you have just done.
