Swap SRAM Rival/Force to Ultegra Di2

I've managed to secure a new Ultegra Di2 complete groupset for £770 if I want it. I'm currently looking to get a new bike and current thinking is to phase the new wheels (currently on order) and groupset in this year onto my current bike before a new frame late this year early 2016 (long story - need to do the parts before the frame)

I'm currently running a Rival/Force mix (came with rival but as new parts needed moved to Force). I plan to keep my old bike and all the kit to use it as a 'winter bike' one I get the new frame next year.

So - question is - should it be simple enough to take all the Sram gruppo off and replace with ultegra Di2. I have Mavic wheels so 11 speed compatible. I'll need a braze on adapter (fairly cheap I believe) - current front mech is band on.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

You'll need a new bottom bracket (or at least an adapter), as the hollowtech ultegra crank will not be compatible with your current SRAM one (whether it is GXP or BB30).

If you're getting a new frame anyway, I'd stick it all in a big box then add top of the range stem, bars, seat post etc as they come up in the sales - build a freakin' cool bike for tuppence ha'penny.

In fact, this is what I do. Which is why my good bike cost me £2k over a period of time and not £5k.....
