Garmin problem..

Hi,

For some reason my Garmin Edge 510 displays strange data when i download a new course to it from Strava. For example it says an 8km ride will take me 11 hours and when i click on elevation it displays a flat profile.

Any reason why its doing this?

    Because the file you are exporting from Strava has no elevation data and a default speed entry which is low. I would always ignore any speed data from an exported course. You can look at the GPX file to check if the elevation data is indeed missing.
