Need a new front light less than £30

Before I start I saw the other thread but most lights were over budget.
As I have just bought a new bike, we are having the kitchen done at home (her treat lol) so things are a little tight, I went out last night, and the light I was using (only 80 lumens) was not bright enough for country roads around me, so I need advice and suggestions on a decent light for less than £30, that's a stern £30, I'm not going over, as I want to keep my b***ocks in tact
Thanks for any advice

I've had 2 eBay Crees (£16 each inc battery and mount) and I can't fault them. Both going strong, commute all week on one charge, did the Exmouth Exodus and one battery got me through the night, running out as I rolled into Exmouth. People complain about the beam, but on the low setting I find them fine.0

If you really can't go beyond £30 for testicle related reasons, have a read of DIY's suggestions for cheap but bright torch based light systems from the far east0
