Wheels - Px v Fulcrum? or other?

Lookng to spend circa £150 ish on some wheels. Planet X AL30 fall straight into that budget (but only seem to be available in that white colour).
Shopping around, bike-de do the Fulcrum 5's at the same price (although UK shops seem to vary up to around £220)
Bike is Shimano 9 speed. I believe i'd need some kind of spacer?
Which would you suggest? Occassional commuting, and regular training rides.
