Good day all,
I recently went from a Madone 5.2 to Domane 5.2 because a) of some fit issues and b) I was looking for a bike which was suppose to be made for smooth rides on rough roads. I spent two hours on the test model and did enjoy it very much. However, now that I have mine I notice that the Domane has a lot more front end vibration on rough roads than my Madone.
I am curious to know if others have had this experience?
Thank you,
James

I made that switch a year ago. Can't say I noticed any difference in the front end; if really pushed I would say that the Domane fork does have a small (positive) effect.
The whels are pretty crap though and I upgraded ASAP.__________________________________________

same tyres?
Cheap tyres will make the biggest difference - unless the headset or skewers are slightly loose

Thank you Pop - I was under the impression that the wheels were suppose to be better than whats on my Madone. I'll investigate.
Thank you Matt - I am using the same exact tires.0
