Attention Garmin gurus!

I last synced 18.12 06 March 2015
I came to Sync today and it just sits there with the little clock spinning round for ages without anything happening. Normally it syncs straight away. I've had a look around Connect, and there is a message saying "Sorry, there was an error rendering the Widget. What does this mean? How do I fix it? Is this what is stopping the Sync?

    Did you try rebooting your PC, if that does not work then reinstall the software.

    Yeah, turn it off and back on again, that usually works with most things

    More to the point, reboot the Garmin. The Ant+ connection of my 405 is getting increasingly erratic, a reboot normally sorts it (hold both buttons down until it reboots)

    Laptop has been rebooted.

    Which 2 buttons do you hold to reboot?

    Which Garmin is it?

    If it's an Edge of some sort, Google says MENU / POWER / RESET
