Oval seat rails
So i just received a gorgeous Selle Italia slr saddle with carbon oval rails and couldnt get it on the bike quick enough....... Well turns out it doesnt fit on my Trek Madone with the clamp method used on this bike, infact its not like its even close to fitting as there is a minimum amount of the clamp pinching the carbon rail.
Just wondering if anyone has had similar problems (very bike specific i think) and best way to remedy it? I found a solution if running a Ritchey seat post but again i think the problem is compounded as the Madone doesnt use a conventional post.

The SLR carbon saddle has 7 x 9mm rails. Your current clamp is probably 7 x 7mm
