Do I or dont I ??
I have a Canyon Aeroad in all black with stealth Cosmic Carbones. I need some new tyres and am tempted to stick some tan walled Veloflex masters on it.
Opinions on whether this would look great or dreadful ?

Tan walls just work. Like the green stripe on Open Pavé tyres, they match everything.0

It will look pro, but simultaneously crap.0

Why?I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

Don't worry, they won't stay tan walled for very long.0

Pro look. Works for Sky/Pinarello and other Veloflex users. No different to all those bikes at Flanders and PR riding on white FMBs. However, wonderful as Veloflex are, consider the roads you will be on. Uber smooth surface fine but after that you may need an extra inner tubeM.Rushton0

forget the pro look. tan sidewalls just look good. I you think they don't you are too used to black sidewalls.
Also consider the Vittoria Open Corsa SC or its tubular cousin. I prefer these over the veloflex. did not have much luck will veleflex tyres last year and hung them up for good. The open corsa is the only tyre I have ever had that I have replaced because it wore out. Everything else I have had to replace because I holed them.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
