Hi,
My son says I should buy a new bike so he can have my Specialized Camber in time for the lighter evenings and hopefully better weather.
I have about £2000 as a budget and fancy the idea of a FS 29er. I dont do anything too extreme but do enjoy trails and blasting along on the downhills.
I have looked at the Rocky Mountain Instinct and also the Trek Fuel range.
Open to ideas please.

Cube offer some great 29ers around that price point, the Stereo 120 and 140 have great spec for the money ride very nicely.0

On one codeine in the SRAM x9 variety, 150 quid for a reverb and the monarch plus rc3 upgrade and your talking 1950 quid. Hard to beat for the spec, pikes etc.coiler - http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1463278/

I second paulscycles. Anthem 29ers are a very nice bike, ridden one of my friends and it is rapid as an xc bike. Fine for all trail centre type riding. Would also be worth considering a whyte t129. Codeine may be a bit much if you are not doing much more than xc type riding.coiler - http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/1463278/
