Sending a bike overseas by courier

I've posted this elsewhere on the forum but wasn't quite sure of the best place for it.
Does anyone have any experience of using courier companies in the UK to send their pride and joy to addresses overseas? Specifically, I'm thinking of sending the bike over to the place we're staying for our summer holidays in France. I've found goparcelexpress.com and they look alright but wondered whether anyone had experience of them or other providers. Thanks in advance.
