Morning Losers!

I bought new pillows and have been sleeping better with them, but last night I woke up at 4am. I might see if I can get a refund. They also fixed the street light outside my house, which I'm in 2 minds of because it lights my motorbike up beautifully, but also means if I raise my head slightly whilst in bed, I see a yellow light.

Sad times.

Laters!

    Morning Ladies!!

Gym this morning - not bad workout, not bad at all.

Office time now to catch up with the paperwork on my desk...

In good mood after last night champions League, but could have been better...should have been 1:3 done and dusted, anyway....

    KMD tonight....maybe.

    Have a nice day chaps.

    Morning ladies

It's good to be riding to work again, starting to get my fitness back so enjoying the ride more now. Anyway, full day of doing very little. I'm starting to think I get paid far too much for the amount of work I actually do but I'm not complaining. Just going to ride this gravy train for as long as possible.

    I bought new pillows
Too many bite marks in the old ones?
Another day off sick for me, guts are mildly improved. I only managed to eat a slice of toast yesterday so have already doubled my food intake today. Still feel incredibly weak, even more so than usual. Hopefully will manage to get a bit more food into me and get back to normal soon. I am feeling a bit peckish now which has to be a good sign. Feel so rough I will have to skip the pub though, that must prove I'm ill. Maybe time for another nap though.

Screw you all. I don't pay my gym membership to actually go. Who the hell does that!?

    Afternoon Cruddites,
Also awake at 4am, know I'll regret it later, cold still being a pest.

Some minor TLC on the MTB tonight ready for a ride tomorrow, so not all bad, although with this cold the legs are really suffering from the daily commute, perhaps I should try and slow down a bit!

    I went to a gym...once.
  • I have a bad back, which no amount of painfully rolling it on a spiky plastic ball is helping with. This doesn't appear to be a result of snowboarding, but of "sleeping a bit funny" which is annoying. It had better be gone by Saturday, as I don't think I'll be able to ride well with a bad back.

Free dinner at my parents tonight, which also means I don't need to go to the gym. While I do like going to the gym, I also hate it so very, very much.

    Evening Gits,

Think I have man flu - or just knackered. Leaving the office shortly, packing stuff in car for tomorrow morning as it's a morning in the office and off to Wales for some uplift time at BPW on Friday :) Mr. h is already somewhere in Welshville apparently so he's extra keen.

Not when you wrote this, my plans of leaving at three were derailed, thankfully after a pleading phone call the chef stayed on and I've just had a fantastic meal of scallops and steak

Very full now and got less than 8 hrs to my first meeting :(
