Campagnolo Wheel Technical Manual

Hi there,
I have a set of Campy wheels, and I was looking for a technical manual for the various maintenance/overhaul procedures. Looking on Campagnolo's website, I found a document called "SCALE WHEELS MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS", but unfortunately, it seems to only be the index of the real thing. Sure enough, a warning at the beginning of this short documents stipulates that it "[...] this technical manual is reserved only and exclusively to specialised personnel".
Does anyone know how/where one could get this document?
