...anyone ride?

How did you find it?

I thought the course was ok but there seemed a hell of a lot of riders, which made it a bit hairy at times.

Did everyone who went for a ride on Saturday do it on the same route?
I think there's a bit of info missing!
  • I had no excuse on Saturday so went out at 7ish. It was cold but dry, i turned the pedals which in turn turned the wheels.

I had two poached eggs on toast when I got home and a nice hot shower.
    Advocate of disc brakes.

    Nice...

Anyone do the sportive called "No Excuses" over the weekend?

I thought it was generally a good selection of route with quiet roads. The organisation was, as I have experienced each time previously with wiggle events, very good. I left late, but didn't find that the 'epic' route was too busy. I guess I am used to cycling in a club run of a dozen or more people and found myself with a group of three or 4.
