Giant Defy / Giant Propel / Dolan l'etape

Looking to upgrade to a new carbon ride, looking at 3 options:

1. Giant Defy Advanced 1
2. Giant Propel Advanced 1
3. Dolan l'etape with mavic cosmic wheels upgrade

All carbon, all 11 speed ultegra. Mostly used for long rides and sportives, with the occasional tri thrown in for good measure.

Anyone own / ridden any of these and have any suggestions?

First thing i notice is that they are all quite varied in application, propel is inherently racy the other two are more endurance, on paper any way. Just a thought
