Size 56.

Headed to the fitter in a few weeks, to get tweaked.

I've switched out the FSA 50/34 chainset with a 6700 53/39, other than that, everything is stock. (6700 group, save FSA Gossamer brakes. Profile design bars).

Between the bars I have a cage for an X-Lab torpedo bottle.

I did a 70.3 this year, with a 2.13 on the bike leg, with a regular 404 rear wheel. I hope to do the bike leg of Copenhagen Ironman this year in 5 hours, for an average of 36 kph.

    Nice bike.

Cable police here again. Once you've had your fitting, use cable ties to connect the gear cables and get them running tight to the frame, they're running wide at the moment.

Get some electric tape and tape more of the brake cable to the bar, it exits very early on those bars. The brake outer needs to exit nearer the stem, then run it straight down to the stops or front brake.

This will save you 1 watt but make the front look much cleaner.
  • Agree 100% Chris. I was thinking zip-ties for the cables around the stem, but hadn't thought of using electrical tape for the ones around the basebar. Cheers

I know, I know. Cable police.

Anyway, This a race picture from last Saturday's Duathlon. 10-30-6,5 - the bike leg was done at over 40 kph.

We get to do a 200 km time trial on Sunday, that'll be the acid test of the setup.
