SRAM Red shifters with everything else Shimano ?

Will this work ok ?

I know SRAM and Shimano are interchangeable but will the cable pull be slightly different using SRAM shifters with Shimano mechs?

The reason i ask is i have seen a good deal on SRAM red 10 speed shifters and prefer double tap however i already have all the other parts for an Ultegra 6700 group

Shimano and SRAM use the same sprocket spacing so the cassettes are interchangeable, but the shifters use differing cable pull so you can't use SRAM shifters with a Shimano mech or the reverse.

I've used SRAM Red shifter with shimano 7800 and 6600 front mechs.
You must use SRAM rear mech htough. everything else can be whatever (used planet x and DA brakes, various chainsets etc with my SRAM red shifters)
