What is the "advantage" of retro down tube shifters? If not brifters, I would opt for bar end shifters?0 -
Saves weight & less ugly, better shifting performance due to simpler cable runs & you can jump right up or down the cassete in one go.0

DT are ok for a "gravel grinder" bike though its not built up for a cx race. :roll:0
