Kona Cindercone 2013 - Fork Advice Please :)

Hi all

Wondering if anyone knew...Looking at a new fork for my 2013 Cindercone. Do I need a tapered steerer or is it standard?

Also, the bike has a 100mm Rock Shox Recon on at the moment...would a 120mm fork wreck the setup?
