Hidden nipple rounded off

Any pointers please how to deal with a hidden nipple that has rounded off?

I have been rebuilding an old Jet 6 and one of the nipples has gone. They are the hex 5.5 variety.

I an down to cutting the spoke, but not sure if even that will work, as they are Pillar aero spokes, so may not get though the nipple hole?

It's a bit of a bugger, but the Jet holes are quite big and it will get through, as the bladed section is already well inside your fairing. Just cut it off
