Best bib tights without pad

As the title, what do people recommend? It seems to be increasingly difficult to source these. Want a new pair for commuting to wear over shorts in various states of disrepair! I've seen some foska ones on sale atm. Anyone any experience with these? Not looking to spend more than, say, £60.
