I may be passing here with work in a week or two and there is a chance of a 2hr max ride.
What trail would be recommended on a tight timeline?
Is there much snow at the moment?

    Cyflym Coch - the Orange marked trail.
    Trail fun - Transition Bandit
    Road - Wilier Izoard Centaur/Cube Agree C62 Disc
    Allround - Cotic Solaris

    ^^^^that's a great trail I did it in under an hour. but if you're fit enough you could do the mbr in 2 hours

    That sound like a challenge :-) I can always do the orange trail twice if I do it quickly, I can do penhydd in about 55mins so should be able too :-)
