The Lake District - snow conditions

More specifically are all the passes open, want to head up there this week. still a few high roads near me closed with snow and ice so appreciate any one who's been out over the weekend giving me a quick update. Thanks..

    Kirkstone Pass certainly WAS closed after the snow hit, but we haven't had any snow/sleet/rain to speak of for well over a week so anything that we did have has mainly gone. In fact today, despite a forecast for overcast and cloudy skies, is pretty much cloudless sunshine (in Ambleside).
    My commute in this morning was a little hairy as I use untreated roads for some of the journey, and there was a frost on the road surface, but as long as you wait for the day to warm up a bit, you should be fine. It's forecast to get a bit milder as well during the week - although this will probably mean wetter as well, unfortunately.
