Has anyone ever used or is using a "Edco Monoblock Cassette"?

It says on their website "Use your old wheels again with MONOBLOCK cassette which allows you to install the 11speed cassette on your 10speed body! The unique Edco Monoblock Cassette features wide CAM’s, and when used in conjunction with our special “Ten+Eleven” locknut you can also fit an 11 speed cassette to a 10 speed body."

What is the difference between say the "Edco Monoblock Cassette" and a Dura Ace Cassette.
And how do these work?

It has to be a dished 11th sprocket Or a long lock ring with the smallest sprocket integrated into the rest of the cassette. From the description it sound's like the later. The problem I see with the latter method the chain may foul the stays on so,etc bikes.
